We had an amazing time enjoying the free usage of the Personal Health Club facilities, which were perfect for a family with kids. Our room had a lovely view of the canal, creating a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. My nephew especially loved the kids' menu available at the restaurant.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be smoother. It would be great to streamline that for families with children.

Not enough tables during peak hours left many of us waiting. Room service prices were quite high, making a regular meal feel like a splurge. A little more organization during breakfast would make a big difference. I had a lovely stay amidst small inconveniences that can easily be improved.

Kicking off with the culinary gems, I adored the delightful flavors from De Kersentuin and Joe & The Juice nearby. Plus, the warm front desk welcome and great happy hour at the executive lounge made my stay feel just right.
On the flip side, I was a bit miffed at the check-in confusion and the pricy room service left me with a sore wallet. Oh, and my breakfast order took ages to arrive, but they added a nice touch with compensation.
